Getting The Millionaire Mind Set
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
If you’ve read any self-help books or listened to an audio, you’ll know that they talk about acquiring a millionaire mind set.
You’re told it’s important to think like a millionaire. Which is all well and good, except that your conscious mind is looking around you and seeing the mis-match. You’re dreaming of lazing around on a beach or cruising on your yacht. But your mind is looking around and seeing you driving around in a run-down car and worrying about how you’ll meet the next month’s rent.
Part of the millionaire mind set involves fooling your mind. The phrase “fake it until you make it” is often used.
But that can be easier said than done without some help.
As well as reading self help books like the excellent “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill, you can do other work on your mind.
Hypnosis works deep in your mind. By playing a hypnosis millionaire mind set MP3 on a regular basis, you’ll start to change your subconscious mind so that it works with you (the way you already hoped it was) instead of against you (which it’s currently doing as it thinks that’s the best way to protect you from possible failure).
Give it a go today. Download a millionaire mind set MP3 and play it daily for the next 2 weeks or so (it takes at least 2 weeks to change your habits). You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the results.

How To Stop Eyelash Pulling
It could be something you do unconsciously, without thinking. You just pull at your eyelashes or eyebrows and pluck out the occasional hair.
Suddenly, before you know it, your eyes are looking odd. All that eyelash pulling has made them look less beautiful.
So what’s the best way to stop pulling out your eyelashes?
Well, since it’s most likely a subconscious problem the best way is to work on your subconscious mind. Re-train it so that you do something more productive!
You can re-train your mind quickly and easily with hypnosis. It works discretely. All you need to do is play an MP3 file on your iPod and listen to it. Your mind will do the rest.

How To Stop Shy Bladder (Paruresis)
Having a shy bladder is a social anxiety disorder. Put simply, it’s the inability to urinate in the presence of other people - whether they’re real people or imaginary.
In its mildest form, your bashful bladder syndrome can be just an occasional nuisance. At its most severe, the problem means that you can only urinate when you are at home, which can make for all sorts of issues and problems in your daily life.
There are a number of ways to reduce a shy bladder problem, such as drinking less. A number of people also get over the problem by making sure that they choose quiet restrooms or a stall rather than a urinal. But these are only ways to alleviate the problem, rather than solve it.
Using an anti-anxiety medicine can help the problem, but many people would consider that to be still covering up the problem. The anxiety has stemmed from somewhere and the medicine often only treats the outward symptoms.
There are workshops that are run in various locations. If your problem is severe, searching out one of these may be the best treatment for you. You’ll meet fellow sufferers and be introduced to a variety of methods to deal with the problem.
It’s also quite common to use hypnosis to stop shy bladder. Hypnosis works by helping you to change your response. It will work with your subconscious mind to help you to overcome the problem of paruresis. All you need to do is listen to the hypnosis session on your iPod or other mp3 player. You can download a hypnosis track right now by clicking here.

Fear of Spiders or Arachnophobia
Along with fear of snakes, the fear of spiders is very common.
If it’s poisonous spiders that you’re afraid of, that’s good.
But if it’s regular house and other spiders, it may be time to investigate ways of curing your fear. After all, chances are that you’re bigger than a spider, so it’s not too likely that you’ll become its prey.
Being afraid of spiders is often a response we learned when we were younger. There you were, innocently playing with a spider when your mother walks in and screams. Instantly, you learned that spiders are something to be afraid of - after all, mums are always right!
Irrational fears like this can stay with us for life unless we choose to do something about them.
Fortunately, it’s quite easy to overcome arachnophobia. I’ve seen people do this many times, usually in about 30 - 50 minutes.
Check out how to deal with your fear of spiders here.

Sometimes we take life too seriously.
In fact, once we become “grown up” we often take life too seriously.

Once in a while (or preferably more often than that!), it pays to have some fun in your life.
You can use hypnosis for fun as well as for more serious things such as taking care of your phobias once and for all.
So the next time you want to unwind, grab hold of a hypnosis download and allow yourself to have fun. Maybe even let a smile creep into your life, who knows?

Overcoming Fear of Public Speaking
It’s said that we fear public speaking even more than we fear death.
If that’s true, it’s a sad state of affairs.
But truth be told, most people in your audience will be very happy that it’s you doing the speech, not them.
So, the day has come and you are due to give some kind of speech in public. It could be a presentation to a small group of co-workers or you could be on stage in front of hundreds or even thousands of others. You may even be talking to an “invisible” audience in the form of television or radio viewers. Nowadays, there’s a chance that your public speaking may be shown on YouTube or elsewhere on the internet.
If the nerves are kicking in, what do you need to do?
First, although it’s probably easier said than done, stay calm. Deep breaths help here. A stiff drink may or may not help - only you can be the judge of that.
Next, talk to one person. Not tens or hundreds or thousands. Focus on one person and talk to them as though you’re having a face to face conversation.
Finally, get help!
Get hold of a good hypnosis track like this one and listen to it several times before you get up to speak.

Fear of Snakes or Ophidiophobia
The fear of snakes is perfectly natural - after all, some snakes can be poisonous.
Being afraid of snakes falls into two areas:
- Not liking snakes
- Actual fear of snakes, maybe to do with their venom
The second group may even experience difficulty when they see a snake on television. In extreme circumstances, some people have even been known to be afraid of the word “snake” as well.

Hypnosis video - fear of snakes
Hypnosis can help you to overcome your fear of snakes. All you need to do is sit back, relax and listen to a hypnosis MP3. Watch the video above to get a better idea of how hypnosis can help you to overcome your fear of snakes.

Hypnosis Training Courses
When you get hooked on the idea of hypnosis, chances are that you will look into Hypnosis Training Courses.
These are a great way to increase your hypnosis skills. If there’s a course close to you, sign up for it!
If you’re not fortunate enough to have a live training course close by, then the next best thing is to get hold of a hypnosis training DVD. Whilst you don’t get to practice on other people who are on the course, you’ll get the professional training you’d expect from a seminar with the added bonus that you can watch all or part of it over again, thus making sure that you get full value.
The best value hypnosis training DVD that I’ve found is here.
