How Can You Increase Your Exercise Motivation?
Face it, you know you should exercise more but maybe you need to increase your exercise motivation for that to happen.
But the thought of actually doing exercise often doesn’t fill you with enthusiasm.
So you either go through the motions, pedaling slowly on the exercise bike, tweaking the settings downwards on the treadmill, that kind of thing.
