Are you addicted to the internet without even realizing?

It’s far too easy to become addicted to the internet.

You probably don’t even realize that you’re addicted. I certainly didn’t until my internet connection suddenly stopped working and the engineer couldn’t make it for three days.

Eeek!

Was I addicted to the internet?

All the things I take for granted suddenly stopped:

Checking emails (and sometimes replying to them)Addicted to the internet

Getting statements and paying bills

Surfing the web – for fun or business

Not to mention all the stuff that I need to log on to sites that’s conveniently stored on my computer so I don’t have to remember URLs or passwords.

Everything is – to say the least – inconvenient.

But what would happen if you couldn’t get your regular internet “fix”?

Would it be worse than missing the first cup of coffee of the day, leaving you in a foul mood?

Would your mind start working on ways to log on to the internet using someone else’s machine?

Would you have to remember where the nearest internet cafe is (with no connection, you can’t check on line!)?

If you’d find it difficult to cope without the internet for a day or maybe even a few hours, then the chances are that you’re addicted to the internet and don’t even realize.

If you think you may be addicted to the internet (or could benefit from being less dependent on the web) then it’s time to do something about it!

The easiest, most anonymous, way is to use hypnosis to help wean you off your internet addiction.

It’s available for instant download, so you can grab the file and listen to it in a few minutes time. And get your life back into the bargain!
