Gambling in moderation can be OK.

Do You Remember To Take Your Pills?
If you have to take one or more pills on a regular basis, you’ll know that it seems nigh on impossible to remember to take your pills on a reliable schedule.
Even just one or two can be awkward to remember. But once the number increases, life gets more complicated than it should do.
Pills that you take first thing in the morning or last thing at night are usually fairly easy to remember – putting them on your bedside table near your watch or your glasses or contacts works fairly well. The idea behind this is that you go into a trance-like state and let your hand “do it’s own thing”. You then do your best to interpret the resultant scribbles (that a 3 year old wouldn’t exactly be proud of) and see what predictions it contains.
So, since it’s fun, the question is how to do automatic writing?

Maybe someone close to you lets you know or – depending on how subtle your other half is at breaking this kind of news – your dentist will casually ask you if you often grind your teeth.
However you discover the problem, is there anything you can do to stop grinding your teeth?

Stop Binge Eating Now
When it seems like you’re re-enacting a scene from Monty Python’s movie “The Meaning of Life” and just can’t stop forcing more and more food into yourself.

How To Stop Blaming Others All The Time

You didn’t get a good mark in that exam? It’s the teacher’s fault.
You didn’t get promoted at work? Your boss must have a grudge against you.
And so the cycle of blame goes on…

Sleep Talking: How Can You Stop Talking in Your Sleep?
If you or (possibly even more annoying) someone close to you regularly talks in their sleep, what can you do?
