Dealing With Jet Lag

Jet lag is mainly caused by time zone differences. Your body clock is finely tuned and gets out of balance when you go through too many time zones too quickly.

There are various ways of dealing with jet lag:

If possible, start shifting your sleeping pattern so that you’re more attuned to the time zone you will be landing in.

Stay hydrated whilst flying. It’s very easy to become dehydrated on flights, so drink plenty of water.

When you board your flight, adjust your watch to the new time zone and sleep when you’d be sleeping at your destination, stay awake when you’d be awake.
