How to overcome your fear of crowds

Crowds are almost everywhere: in shopping malls, at sports events, in most towns and cities. Seemingly everywhere you look, there’s a crowd.
So what do you do if you’ve got a fear of crowds?
Obviously one way is to avoid crowds. But that’s quite anti-social and could involve moving from where you currently live unless you’re already living in the middle of nowhere.
Another way is to work on your fear.
The best way to start is to work out why you’re afraid of crowds in the first place. Is it the large number of strangers that worries you? Or is it nearly any encounter with strangers, no matter how low the number in the “crowd”?
Oftentimes, your fear can be traced back to a problem you encountered. Maybe you were in a large crowd when it surged forward and that un-nerved you. Despite what your teachers may have told you, we’re good at learning fast. One bad experience can be all your brain needs to be trained to react that way on every single future occasion.
So how can you reduce or even eliminate your fear of crowds?
One of the best and easiest ways is to use a hypnosis track. It’s simple, discreet and efficient. And it’s been proven to help in this kind of circumstance.
