Get Back To Sleep With Hypnosis
You know the feeling. It’s the middle of the night and, for whatever reason, you’ve woken up and need to get back to sleep sooner rather than later.
All you need to do is get back to sleep.
Which is often easier said than done.
Your mind has woken up as well. And it has no intention of going back to sleep without a fight.
The trick is to distract your mind and let it quieten down for long enough to let you get back to that much needed sleep.
One of the best methods I’ve found is with hypnosis. Except that most regular hypnosis tracks end with a “You’ll leave this session wide awake” command. Which would defeat the object of the exercise.
