How To Be Happy More Often

It’s all too easy to let yourself become unhappy. The media (television, newspapers, the internet) doesn’t help. There’s far too much negativity. Partly because readership and viewing figures go up more when the news is downright gloomy. So how to be happy? Even if the rest of the world appears to be wandering round with a thunderstorm over its head? You can start by ignoring the news: Don’t watch it. Don’t listen to it. You’ll find out soon enough if something important has happened. (If you really can’t live without your intake of news, check out a magazine called ‘The Week’, it’s an excellent digest of the week’s news). Next up, you’ll need to work on making yourself happy more often. Even the most miserable person smiles occasionally and smiling is contageous :) So try smiling more often. Especially at people who are used to being glared at – your local cashier or waitress for example – they’ll usually react and be more cheerful. Which will come round full circle to you. Watching or listening to comedy can help as well. Obviously you’ll need to make sure that it’s a comedy you like (which sounds self evidential but isn’t always as obvious) otherwise you’ll make yourself gloomier. But there’s lots of choice nowadays. The other thing you can do is get hold of a specially written happiness hypnosis track. Just sit back, listen to it and start to notice the difference.

You can download a hypnosis to be happy MP3 now.

Hi, I’ve just now found your site while searching around online as I’m looking for some information on hypnotherapy and EFT. It’s a good blog so I’ve bookmarked this site and I will revisit you another day to allow more time for a more indepth look when I can give it more time.
