Hypnosis relaxation: how to relax with hypnosis

Relaxation seems to be one of those things we’ve “unlearned” as we grow older but hypnosis relaxation can be a good way to re-learn what to do.

As a child, you could probably relax almost on command.

But now? Relax? Me?!

But relaxing every now and then (or even better, regularly) is good for you…
