How To Stop Biting Your Nails
Nail biting. It’s a habit that probably started when you were a child. You’ve probably got early memories of being told to “stop biting your nails“.
But that didn’t work.
Maybe it drove you “underground”, only biting your nails when you thought you wouldn’t get caught. But you still chew your nails most days…
So you’re left without any nails to speak of most of the time. Or you’ve got some nails to speak of, but they’re all different lengths and there’s always a little bit of nail here or there that you just have to trim with your teeth.
