How To Stop Eating Junk While You Watch TV

You know the feeling:

You put on your favorite television show, grab a bag of chips and a jar of dip and – almost before you know it – the bag of chips has magically transferred its entire contents into your stomach.

Again.

So how can you stop yourself eating junk food whilst you watch television?

The trouble is, you’re probably eating without thinking about it. It’s not your fault – you’ve likely been doing it for a while now. Maybe since you were a kid.

Likely the same thing happens when you visit the cinema – a giant tub of popcorn and some cola to wash it down.

It’s almost a habit.
