How to watch less TV

Watching television is a habit. And like most habits, it can get out of control.

So how do you go about watching less TV?

The glib answer is “switch it off”. But let’s get real, that’s not likely to happen in most households.

Instead, let’s get to the root of why you’re watching so much TV in the first place:

It’s probably not your fault – there’s a TV in the main room of your house (and you get shouted at if you try to switch it off) or there’s one showing in your favorite bar or restaurant.

It’s weird how we get drawn to watch things, even if we’re not particularly interested.

Or there’s the “disease” of the man of the house – channel surfing. A few seconds a channel just to see “if there’s anything good on” and, before you know it, an hour or two has passed.

One way to easily train yourself to watch less television is to use hypnosis, which works well with all sorts of addictions including watching too much tv.

Check out this inexpensive hypnosis track to help watch less TV and reclaim those lost hours!
